Court Judgement in Favour of HHO Against Acrobat Music Ltd.

On 19/01/2012 a court judgement has been awarded to HHO Multimedia Ltd against Acrobat Music Ltd and its managing director, John Cooper, personally. The judgement was for the amount of £111,675.67 pounds sterling.

The dispute has been going on for over 3 years, arising from the non-payment of royalties accrued in favour of HHO and bouncing checks by Acrobat Muisc Ltd.

HHO's general manager, Sami Chidiac, comments:

"I am glad with the court's decision as this case has been wasting unnecessary time and energy. Now, the next step is to apply the judgement. I hope Mr. Cooper will have the good sense to avoid further penalties against himself personally and also to avoid further time wasting."
